Founded by Bukky Ekine-Ogunlana, TCEC Publishing grew from decades of active classroom teaching and tutoring experience in London. TCEC stands for The Children’s Education Centre, a physical tutoring institute in Hackney where our stages 1 to 7 spelling programs were continuously developed, refined, and proven over 25 years before being printed and published globally.
Bukky Ekine-Ogunlana is an author, educator, parenting coach, and co-founder of The Children’s Education Centre (TCEC) in London. Holding a Master’s degree (MA) in Management & Education from the University of Greenwich, she has dedicated over 25 years to teaching, lecture coordination, and parenting expert mentorship.
As a mother of three and an academic tutor, Bukky knows firsthand the challenges children face with spelling mechanics, school pressure, and early literacy anxiety. Her best-selling workbook series distills decades of active classroom methodologies into logical, step-by-step home study programs, enabling parents to support their children’s academic progression seamlessly.
